Dinner with my parents is really my mom doing a whole bunch of talking and ring-leading and my dad smiling on in approval, nodding occasionally, showing nothing but love for her. He's quiet but interjects humorous soundbites at random intervals, thinks carefully before answering any questions, and smiles at us a whole bunch. He's actually the ring-leader, he just doesn't know it.
