A different perspective!

Exploring Amsterdam by boat gives the visitor a different perspective ..... and a greater understanding of the engineering required when so much of the country is sitting below sea level!......
We were lucky enough to see the city from a boat before walking around some of the tiny streets lining the canals.
This afternoon we’ve sailed from Amsterdam, along the North Sea Canal, and after going through two large locks, we are reaching the River Lek.... which will allow us to sail into the River Rhine!
