Torture!

Went to Stobo with some friends for a lovely ladies day. A couple of us decided to give a Kettlebells class a go - should’ve known by the instructor’s face when she clarified that neither of us had ever done them before that it would be painful. The following run and swim were positively relaxing in comparison.
