Oscar prefers to be alone

Here is our lovely Oscar, who remains very nervous and is inclined to rush away to "safety" whenever we go into a room he has occupied. He does love the window ledges and is spending less time hidden in the bottom of a wardrobe. We are very patient.

I had a day off from walking today. There were still a few festival things to do. Then Mum went to the Mothers' Union with Margret, I went to choir, I picked up Mum and took her to Hexham General for a rheumatology follow up appointment. She sees a lovely consultant who is very understanding about the problems she has to deal with.
