I did a couple of laps of the Quays this morning. It was absolutely glorious in the early morning sunshine. I did better than last week, but I still struggle to breathe out in the cold water.

I had a quick breakfast when I returned home, then I made an orange drizzle cake to take to the meeting of the Coven. I did some washing and then took a few pics for World Naked Gardening Day...the photoshopping is rubbish I know.

We went to Carole's and sat out in the garden for cake, fizz and tea. You can't beat good friends and a sunny day. I'm just going to ride round to Jude's for a quick drink in the evening sunshine.......
