Nearly time....

In a month or so's time this view will be an absolutely magnificent purple. It will be lavender time and Castle Farm, Lullingstone, will be offering outdoor aromatherapy massages, tours of the lavender harvesting process... and just a feast for the senses!

Today, it was quietly waiting and making the most of a beautiful day!

We went for lunch in Eynsford and then a walk in bluebell woods (my extra) right by the M25, but you'd never know it. 

First thing this morning, I had a one to one with the very young new owner of my gym. He asked lots of questions and reckoned I was OK! He then put me through three new pieces of equipment. And I'm quite excited to try them again early next week!
