Into the brightness

I have had to work a lot on this photo to get it anywhere near the right exposure - it still has a “blown out” sky, but I’ve cropped most of it. The problem was that I was taking a photo into the brightness of the sun.

What a lovely day - I did a longer walk today and enjoyed it. Most people were smiling and saying hello - by no means guaranteed around here. Only one chap didn’t reply when I spoke - I still find that so rude.

Having typed the news sheet, I sat in the garden this afternoon. The weather is apparently set fair for a number of days to come, so that’s good!
