Late night shopping

This afternoon I went into Manchester with my daughter. We had a lovely lunch at Jamie's Italian before going shopping for maternity and baby clothes.

There were lots of amazing carved pumpkins around restaurant for Halloween - apparently the different chefs have had a bit of a competition between themselves to see who could carve the best one, so I've added a photo of my favourite to my blipfolio.

We spent a lot longer shopping than we'd planned and were still there at 7pm so I took this night shot in the rain stood outside Selfridges. I think I can safely say we shopped until we dropped, but we've had a lovely time.

Sadly, today was the last time I'll see Rachel until January - that's the one downside of living abroad. Next time I see her she'll have a very big bump!
