Poor plant

I bought this succulent at Christmas, hence the glitter, because I wanted its pot for my orchid and because it’s cute, despite the glitter.

I never watered it because it looked ok. It started growing, so I thought I’d water it today. I discovered bone dry soil and the leaves have come away from the root. I soaked the soil and put the plant back like a lid.

We’ll see what happens :/
