Washing the car

Being on an eternal economy drive, we're getting pretty good at working out what is value for money, and what is cheap and not value for money.  Sainsbury's shower gel is great - but Sainsbury's isn't, overall. the best place to shop.  So this morning, I stocked up on shower gel, then hot-footed it to next-door Lidle for the actual shopping.  Today does get more interesting than where I do the shopping... 

Home for the afternoon, I was distracted with a couple of phone calls, but delighted that the boys were playing so nicely outside.  They were playing 'wash the car' - and wash the patio - with my new shower gel. Liberally pouring it, well, pretty much anywhere.  They got through the best part of two bottles of the stuff. Thankfully, it's 60p a go, so it's not a disaster! 

In the picture, the youngest is sat in a pool of water, no shoes on and socks utterly drenched.  But completely happy with life.  They were having a brilliant time and kept themselves wonderfully entertained.
