Beautiful Altar

We visited Clare Priory today, a monastery of the Augustinian order.  It's a place of great peace with the ruins of an ancient chapel in the grounds, blossom abounding and peace imbuing every corner.  The new church is beautiful, built on the old but with sympathy and aesthetic value, with a simple sanctuary and this tiny cross on the altar.
