Honesty

A rather dull day with only some intermittent sunshine, and temperature of 13* at the most. 

I rather like Honesty, and it always reminds me of my mother-in-law, as it was she who showed me how to peel and extract the seeds, and use the silvery seed heads for flower arrangements.  

The first seeds I ever had were given to me by her, and in the years since I must have scattered thousands of them in the countryside.  I do hope they are all growing!

The weather forecast for the holiday weekend looks hopeful, so I am expecting some sunshine.  Hope you are too!
