nearly 2nd Sat of the month!

A week tomorrow will be the 2nd Saturday of May ... thus, must be nearly time for our monthly Group-walk!

This month we're off to Portobello on the east side of Edinburgh, and intend to walk to Musselburgh and back again - some further detail follows: 

- we're meeting at 10am, Saturday 12th May 2018
- at the Dalriada Bar (see: http://dalriadabar.co.uk/venue/ )
- there is parking available in the surrounding area
- or from the City Centre; Lothian Bus No.26. goes nearby - get off at St. Phillips Church, turn down Brunstane Road, then right as you hit 'The Promenade', and you can’t miss the pub!

- click on the 'Musselburgh' leaflet and you'll get a PDF of the walk
- and, as you'll read, it's about 7-miles there and back, taking around 4-hours; allowing for a stop etc. at the Musselburgh Museum
