Goodbye Uncle Ken

Mum & I flew down south yesterday so we could attend my uncles funeral today. We met up with my Aunt first at the care home where she has been receiving respite care for the past few months. She has early dementia and although she said she knew who I was, I wasn’t convinced.

The funeral was in Guildford, followed by a burial in Godalming. It was a gloriously warm day and the cemetery is in a pretty location. Not a bad final resting place!
