2018 Wednesday — Imagine

We were at our realtor’s office for a couple hours this evening because she had six offers on Grammie Fun’s House. She needed to explain each offer to us and specifically what each one meant. She also needed to explain which offer looked the most financially solid.

So the realtor and the two of us put our heads together and decided to reject three of the offers and to counter the other three.

Our realtor also wanted to explain an offer that has been made on our home and her feelings about the qualifications of the prospective buyer and the realtor wanted us to give it serious thought.

Once we left the realty office, we drove to Grammie Fun’s house to check that all doors were locked and to turn on the sprinklers for a few moments and we found two realtors walking an interested couple through the house. The curiosity in that property has been overwhelming.
