Sore day

Today was painful. But I knew it would be and took it off work, so once the worst of it was done I went and got my nails done. Back tomorrow, then a three day weekend. By the end of that I should be back to fighting fit...but the real question is how long will my nails last? I'm so bad for picking at them...
