Heading Out

Spent the day at my desk writing up the key messages from last weeks conference- a somewhat thankless task.

I was glad to head down to North Berwick for a hardcore row. Practicing starts and buoy turns for an hour - knackered.

At least there was someone on shore watching out for us.
