U.S. National Day of Prayer

The first Thursday of May has been designated as a day of prayer for our nation, here in the U.S.
There is much to pray for, not only for the U.S., but all over the world.
This figurine carved out of olive wood from Israel reminds me that nothing is too big for God. We can cast our cares, ourselves, on Him, because He cares for us. (1 Peter 5:7)
