Spring Flowers

We arrived in Mourão today to meet up once again with  amandoAlentejo and M. The pictures she was posting of the spring flowers made us suddenly plan the trip so we were happy to find there were still plenty of flowers around.  It is so lovely to be back!
Coming from the melting snows of Sweden to this verdant spring is quite an experience and as well as the flowers I was also noticing the insect life. The extra picture shows some ants using the barbed wire as a road.
