Leadenhall Market

I now work around the corner from where I used to work and yet the lunch time walk patterns have changed. I now tend to wander around the various alleys of Leadenhall Market.

There has been a market on the site since the fourteenth century. Parts of the building were damaged during the fire of London and subsequently rebuilt.

The exquisite structure was used as Diagon Alley in the Harry Potter movies.

Its a hive of activity at lunchtime with people eating and drinking.

Not the most satisfying of days.
