A little gentle pruning

Well that's what I started doing, after I cut the grass. This weigelia had really outgrown itself. I started trimming back the dead stuff and quickly realised it was mostly dead stuff. Now I just need to find a way to dispose of said dead stuff.
Went to a chalk painting demo tonight. I now have a few projects to while away the hours for the coming months The ugly bookcase will be very tastefully grey very soon!! Itchy fingers!!
