Ticket to ride

I got a free tram ticket in the post today! It’s a little bigger and showier than the ones out of the machine.

The reason I got it was because last week I was rather infuriated to have to pay £3.20 for a return ticket (when only a single was required) because the machine wasn’t accepting coins and I had to use a card (there’s a £3 min sale when using a card).

They didn’t offer one when I tweeted them but they did after I suggested it was only right and fair :)
