Speedwell

We have a nice patch of this in our back garden grass. It seems to be "Slender Speedwell" (Veronica filiformis). In nest box news, we have 2 eggs in view in the blue tit box tonight. The bird has not hidden them in the way the great tits always do.  I've been fighting with old computers for the past couple of evenings, trying to get a better machine than the tiny laptop currently watching the blue tit nest, but there have been lots of snags.  It doesn't help that I've lost my spare capture cards - they must be in a safe place. Grrrrr!
