We were still eating dessert as it neared midnight so I think the apple tart flambé ordered by Leigh deserves some recognition.

After some sleep, a wisely cancelled 8am yoga class and breakfast with Hannah and Fede, I headed to London to hang out with my mate Derek. We strolled the canal to Kentish Town and later ate saltfish and ackee. We also watched God's Own Country which is a more gritty Yorkshire version of Brokeback Mountain, and a must-see if you like the idea of watching a love story play out over a drystone wall and the skinning of a lamb.
