Passing Ships and Showers

This was my lunchtime view, well the three minutes I stopped to shove a sandwich in my mouth and take this photo.

Tried my home made quadrat today and it was better than expected with only a few little tangles. However the whole process took longer than I had allowed for so some adjustments to the length of my working day will need to be made while I am doing this job. My current 11hr day will need to increase to 13hr I think or some overnights which will work if the weather is settled.

Teenager not well with a sick bug which normally would be OK but she starts her exams tomorrow with Advanced Higher maths...

Off out now to parents night for KK, I may be some time
