Rain on the Way

Another morning of garden-hacking.  The escallonia has been reduced to a shadow of itself but I suspect it is fighting back already. 

I fell asleep after lunch - well, I had been up since five, for no good reason other than being wide-awake.  After my nap, I was just the opposite, in a zombie trance. By the time I got out for some shopping and blipping the temperature had dropped and rain was approaching. So this is a quick shot taken on the way back over the hill.

Now the stove is on - again!
