Sunrise over the M23

Yesterday was good. Got up early to repeat the experience. From the very millisecond my bum hit the saddle I knew I had problems. It was sore; soon found my legs still ached and lack to energy (no breakfast)
Still did a ride, not as far as I hoped for but about 50 minutes (including blipping time). Today I went west on the Worth way and the surface is different. Both are hard and dry, nice to ride on, but yesterday it was far more stony and riding as a bit like cobbles. So it was bang bang bang bang bang on the same spot of my anatomy.

Will still go again, off to buy a bell now so people will know I am coming
