It's the bells , the ....

..... bells!!
I've spent a lovely afternoon at Selsdon Mothers Union , where they entertained us with " hand bell" ringing. The title of the afternoon was " A Garden Token" which included music / songs like
# An English Country Garden
# Tip Toe through the Tulips
# Bluebells of Scotland
and many more ( I won't bore you!)
Afterwards we had tea and cakes ( home made) donations were for the latest project, A Garden Room, built at the side of the church for many uses in the community . It's very exciting as its well on the way to completion, but as you can imagine costing a great deal of money.
What a change in the weather again today it has rained all day , been dull and quite chilly. I think we will miss Spring and go into Summer ( she says hopefully ) I should have been doing jobs around the house as I'm hosting Canasta/Samba here on Friday , hey ho! double shuffle tomorrow is on the cards for definite !!
