The wood pigeon scarer!

I the decided to tie old blank cd's to the miniature plum earlier in April to deter the woodpigeons.  
We have both enjoyed the effect of the sunlight which produces many rainbow colours as they turn about in the breeze, or swing in the wind. 
I now have a plum tree with all it's leaves intact, and after blossoming I can now see the tiny beginnings of the fruit. 
I shall net it later in the late summer when, if all else goes to plan, there will be  a small crop of lusciousness!
