May Day morning dew....

A chilly start this morning provided plenty of May dew. I resisted the urge to wash my face in it as tradition dictates !
A full on day again spent hauling blackie hoggs home from their wintering down the road. Managed 230 home by tonight. They get vaccinated then shut in a shed for a week or so to be taught to eat sheep feed nuts so they know what they are next year when they are lambing with the other ewes.
A change on tonight- wind getting up and spitting on rain, and colder again. Not grass growing weather any way .
