Reflection
Moving further down the island we arrived at our next caravan site. The gentleman told us that Otters had been seen in the bay a short walk away. After setting up the van we headed for Kylerhea and the "Otter Haven". We had a lovely walk down through the spring woods alive with birds song and warblers flitting from tree to tree.
At the hide we were lucky enough to see a lot of sightings of Grey Seals but unfortunately no Otters. It still made a very memorable afternoon. So back to the van and the evening meal. After the meal we walked down to the beach hoping for Otters.
The tide was in and a cold wind blowing so we weren't hopeful. We spent about an hour watching the various birds, while others came and went. Sadly no Otters.
The blip is looking out from the caravan on to the flat calm sunlit bay in the morning when we woke up.
