Es telling the Rooster straight that he needs to shape up his attitude.

He’s such a frustrating boy at times. The fact of the matter being that if he actually applied himself to his school work, in the same way that he applies himself to his rowing or golf, he’d actually achieve quite a bit...I am sure. But it’s how to encourage that sustained and continued application. Lecturing is not the way...but sometimes it makes the lecturer feel a bit better.

Grateful to Es for taking a turn at the lecture...I just sat back and let her go!
