Big clouds!

Mr T waited in for the parcels and so I went out for a walk to test my new MBTs (and also a walk at my pace which is faster than Mr Ts).  Fairly promising - just a tiny bit of foot pain for a couple of minutes, but the natural movement of my arm aggravated my shoulder.  It was relatively OK when I went for a swim.
