What a Difference a Day Makes!

Yesterday
Temperature 6 degrees centigrade, gale force gusty winds and rain all day.  B and I walked down to the seafront and we could barely stand up straight to take a photo (see extra).

Today
Temperature 16 degrees centigrade, blue skies and sunshine, (albeit a fairly cool wind).
M and I started work on our garden project today, and one of the first jobs was to clear all the accumulated rubbish out of the summerhouse and take it to the tip Recycling Centre.  As we had some pictures to collect in Sheringham, which was on the way back, it seemed rude not to wander down to the seafront and buy an ice cream.  It must be the first one of the Summer Season.  M’s was pecan and walnut and mine was apple crumble, both from Ronaldo’s who make all their ice cream from fresh ingredients in Norfolk, it’s always good to shop local.  Very nice too.

Tomorrow
According to the weather forecast it’s going to rain all day tomorrow again, so a day for us to order the materials for our garden and prioritise our list of tasks.  I need to come up with a planting plan, which should be interesting as I know very little about gardening, I think I’ll be doing lots of internet research!
