Rain-deer and Buttercups for Breakfast.

It was pouring down when I took this from the car this morning. The tiny antlers of this young deer, obviously his first set, look very sharp!

Thanks for putting yesterday's mountain shot on the first Popular Page. I did not realise that a drama was unfolding not far from this scene as I uploaded last night. 14 people got caught out in a storm and at least 5 have died since the rescue this morning. My heart goes out to their families.
