Or any reason at all.

I have thought today that nine times out of ten when people are unhappy in their jobs it is not because of the job they do, but because of how they and the job are managed. In how many 100,000's of years of evolution humanity could not succeed in identifying skills and put a leader in a leadership position and a manager in a managerial position, but rather look at irrelevant characteristics (or even physical appearances) and seeing management as a promotion rather than a job description.
