West Coast oysters, tobiko mignonnette, citrus snow crab claws, cherrystone clams and honey mussels, BC shrimp and smoked squid springroll, mirin soy marinated ahi and albacore tuna, grill-popped oysters with goat cheese & bacon smoked salmon and cream cheese croquettes with maple mustard.

And it was GOOOOOOD :)
