I shot the petals but I did not kill the cherry tree - trallalla 

When I hit the brakes and stepped out of my car to take this picture a guy behind me jumped out of his car and scooped up a few handful of petals and stuffed them into a plastic bag - it was around 8:00 pm and most people in Smalltown were home watching tv. So we did not even get honked at!
