Bloss-sun

The weather was fantastic today. The pink and white blossoms have been the highlight of the return to the UK. I don't know whether it's because blossom is hard to come by in Monrovia, or whether some climatic factors have encouraged particularly strong blossoms this year, but they are very eye-catching.

After meeting Helen for breakfast in a sunny spot, I fancied an impromptu bike ride along the busway. The sun was delightful and I revelled in the ability to wear shorts.

I did a lot of life admin, including realising my headtorch had gone missing in Liberia and digging out a replacement.
