Disconcerted
Not the average Monday with a plan to assess 50 Y11s for a Spoken Language assessment. We did remarkably well and have enjoyed a range of topics from Skodas to Cultural Appropriation. The young man who spoke about living with autism was a definite highlight of the day but for different reasons to another who made the classic comment about boxing being dangerous because your brain is in your head...
I did venture out at lunchtime and luckily the horrendous forecast didn't quite reach as far north as us. It was still bitterly cold out on the field supervising the footballers.
Home to Bailey once a few more things were ticked off the list and a walk around the block in the cold. He has then been a bit disconcerted by what I've been up to this evening. Working and then pulling things (his and mine) together for a mid-week trip over to the other side. He decided to monitor the situation from two steps up.
