The second day of my weekend away was great as the first one! I went up Monte Orve, to see one of the “castellari”, ancient fortresses. From the top I could see all the swamp below and on the right the small village of Forcatura, where I stayed. In the afternoon, after lunch and after visiting a small interesting archaeological museum, I went for another walk in the forest and saw a lot of different flowers (see extra).
