Fringe Art

This week Bournemouth is hosting various Arts University projects.  I quite like off the wall art, but I really couldn't see the point of the various decorations added to the Boscombe tardis.  The photo would have looked better had I waited till the dustcart had trundled by.  But maybe I was subconsciously expressing my opinion of this particular piece of artwork.
