Fork in the Path

We laughed as the pavement directions seems to indicate the perfect place to rest whether in the half or full marathon mode.
Our half-marathon walk today was perfect.
Though the weather was threatening us with rain, we were hit by only a very few drops at mile 12; mostly it was nicely cool and cloudy.
By the time we arrived at the finish line the sun was peeking through.
Our times were just a bit better than last year.
All our hard work training really paid off in another rewarding and fun half-marathon.
