Church and shiny gems

Normally I don't find my mom at the bistro church service at Silverado. Today she was sitting there covering a large cutout letter "E" with colorful, self-adhesive rhinestones. Whoever thought of that craft knew exactly how to appeal to my mother. Or they know now. She took the letter to her room. I think it was supposed to be part of a set to spell out L-O-V-E.

On our walk I intuited from some hard-to-follow statements she made about this  headband that she likes to wear it so that she doesn't seem like an old lady.
