Twilight swim and rainbow run

This morning my friend and I ran the Kendal Colour Dash, which was fun (see extra). This evening we intended to swim in Rydal by the light of the full moon, but were too early, so were guided instead by the light of Venus. We ended the day sitting by the fire in the Badger Bar!
