We had big plans to hit town to re-equip us with shoes, trousers and all that stuff. Instead we got stuck in the boys' room and did the long overdue spring tidy. It looks much better now - which you'd hope as we spent at least four hours in there. No lives were lost and sanity eventually returned. 

I went for my first beastie safari of the year into Newington Cemetery. It was rather nice and sunny. Plenty of bees and flies buzzing around together with the odd wasp. I also found one lady bird, but otherwise not much interesting insect life. Hopefully, it'll get better as the year progresses.
