You could...

...grow to be this height! MrR persuading the Fangler that I was not propelling him too high on the see-saw...lol. What a nervous ninny he was on it...to start with. He settled down. We actually don’t have any see-saws in the parks near us...provides an explanation for his caution.

Spent most of the day at Strathclyde Country Park at the Scottish Rowing Regatta. The Rooster was in the J14 coxed four crew for Stirling Rowing Club. His first Regatta for the club and they managed to come away with a Silver medal.

It was a grand day. His Grandpa came across in the morning to see him row and it was nice to spend some time with him and enjoy a wee coffee together after we had cheered the Rooster on.

In the afternoon the Rooster was helping to rig and de-rig the boats so MrR, the Fangler and I walked round the water.

Lots of steps today in the sunshine...my Fitbit is telling me 31,442.

Long day...means an early night. I’m in bed at 20:30 away to read my book for a bit.

Grateful for a wee family Sunday in the sunshine.
