Bagel and cream cheese

Many moons ago a friend of mine introduced me first to bagels and then later to a particular combination of bagel and topping that was the perfect combination of sweet and savoury. Behold the raisin and cinnamon bagel with cream cheese. Sounds unpleasant but actually it is gorgeous! Try it and you'll see!!!
