Small Tribute to the Magicians

When I discovered poets like Italo Calvino, Adolfo Bioy Casares, Jorge Luis Borges and Julio Cortázar, life became magical. They set my imagination free in my early twenties, and I have reread them many times since. It took me another twenty years to discover one of the greatest Brazilian poets, Ariano Suassuna, with his stunning imagery. Many of my experimental photographs are influenced by these poets. This is a small tribute to them.
