ANZAC day

Observed on 25 April each year, Anzac Day was originally devised to honour the members of then Australian and New Zealand Army Corps (ANZAC) who fought at Gallipoli  during World War I. Typically a dawn service is attended on each 25th April.


Poppies have become the symbol of the ANZAC's.


The shadows of the crosses speak to me of those who died.
